Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Limitless Origin LLC, the United States company that operates Divergify ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Contact: hello@divergify.io.
The service
Divergify is a personal dashboard that aggregates your tasks, notes, calendar, email and other widgets in one place. The service is currently in a public beta, open to anyone who signs up: features may change, appear or be removed as the product evolves. The beta is free while it lasts, and we will give at least one month's notice before that changes.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use Divergify.
Acceptable use
Don't use Divergify to break the law, to send spam or abusive messages, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access data that isn't yours. Connected services (Google, IMAP) must be accounts you are authorized to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, display and process it in order to run the service (including sending the text of an AI action to our AI provider when you invoke it). We claim no other rights over it.
Pricing
During the beta the service is free. If and when paid plans launch, prices and what they include will be shown clearly before any payment is requested; no charge will ever happen without your explicit action.
Third-party services
Widgets that connect to third-party services (Google Calendar, IMAP email providers) depend on those services being available and on their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or data handling on their side beyond what our Privacy Policy covers.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, notifying you where reasonably possible.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves; significant changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you use Divergify as a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and where the law so provides you may bring disputes before your local courts.
