Routine — your daily launch sequence
An ordered checklist you run once a day, that resets itself every morning.
A short ordered list you run once a day — the sequence that gets you from "awake" to "actually started". Coffee, meds, open the board, read the Big 3, first pomodoro.
Using it
Add a step, then reorder with the up and down arrows. The order is the feature: this is a sequence, not a set. Mark each step done as you go; the header tracks "{done}/{total} done" and the whole thing ends with Sequence complete 🚀.
It resets every day. Tomorrow morning it is waiting, empty, in the same order.
Why it works
The initiation wall is rarely about the big task. It is about the twenty small decisions between waking up and starting, each of which is an opportunity to end up somewhere else entirely.
A fixed sequence removes the deciding. You do not choose what comes next; you read the next line. Keep the steps small and concrete — "open the laptop" is a legitimate step, and on a bad morning it is the only one that matters.
Routine vs Habits
Routine is one sequence, in order, reset daily. Habits are independent things tracked over time with streaks. Use Routine for the shape of your morning, Habits for the things you want to keep doing.
